Youth Pastor Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Youth Pastor to join the

ministry team at Cayman Islands Baptist Church. Cayman Islands Baptist Church is located in

the district of Bodden Town, Cayman Islands, within a quiet, growing neighborhood. We are a

mid-sized, family-oriented church committed to glorifying God through biblical teaching,

authentic Christian fellowship, discipleship, community outreach, and investment in the next

generation.

The Youth Pastor will provide pastoral leadership, discipleship, and ministry oversight for

students from Year 7 through university and young adulthood. Working closely with the Senior

and Associate Pastors, church leadership, parents, and volunteers, the successful candidate

will lead a comprehensive student ministry that seeks to make mature followers of Jesus Christ

through biblical teaching, evangelism, mentoring, leadership development, and pastoral care.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership

as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, and fully affirm the Statement of Faith of

Cayman Islands Baptist Church.
